ROOT RETOUCH:

color is applied to the scalp area only for guests who need to cover gray and/or maintain their root color
ALL OVER COLOR:

one color from root to ends 
PARTIAL HIGHLIGHT:

traditional foils through the sides and down the part using one color. this service is for guests wanting to add face frame brightness or touch up a previous blonding service
FULL HIGHLIGHT:

traditional foils throughout the entire head using one color for maximum blonding
PARTIAL BALAYAGE:

for clients who have previously had blonding done by me and need to be refreshed. this will add pops of brightness throughout the hair and/or around the face. this service could also be booked if you are looking for a more subtle result
FULL BALAYAGE:

low maintenance color technique used to create natural, sun kissed hair. this service is customized for each guest
GLOSS/TONE:

used to enhance shine or alter the tone after a lightening service. can be clear or custom mixed

DEMI ROOT COLOR: 

this is for guests who are wanting to darken their natural color with a demi permanent color (lasts 4-6 weeks) or add shine to their natural base.

each color service listed starts with a base amount of 2 oz. of product. any product added onto this due to length, density or technique will be an additional charge.

CONFIRMATION

PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE. IF RESCHEDULING IS NEEDED, PLEASE LET ME KNOW AT THIS TIME.

CANCELLATION

PLEASE GIVE AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE WHEN CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT. IF ENOUGH NOTICE IS NOT GIVEN, 50% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE PRICE WILL BE APPLIED TO THE CARD ON FILE.

LATE

IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, THE APPOINTMENT WILL HAVE TO BE RESCHEDULED DUE TO TIMING AND BOOKING SCHEDULES.

NO CALL/NO SHOW

ALL NO CALL/NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE PRICE. I UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES THINGS HAPPEN AND YOU HAVE TO CANCEL LAST MINUTE, BUT PLEASE HAVE THE RESPECT TO LET ME KNOW IF YOU CAN'T MAKE IT.

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET THE LOOK I WANT?


A: THIS IS DIFFERENT FOR EVERY CLIENT. THERE ARE MANY FACTORS THAT DETERMINE THIS INCLUDING YOUR PREVIOUS COLOR HISTORY, THE INTEGRITY OF YOUR HAIR, THE NATURAL LEVEL OF YOUR HAIR AND THE DENSITY AND TEXTURE OF YOUR HAIR. I WILL HAVE A BETTER IDEA AFTER OUR FIRST SESSION TOGETHER, BUT THERE IS NO WAY I CAN GUARANTEE A SPECIFIC AMOUNT OF SESSIONS. NOT EVERYONE'S HAIR CAN ENDURE THE PROCESS NEEDED TO ACHIEVE THEIR DREAM HAIR. IF THIS IS THE CASE, WE MAY HAVE TO CREATE A NEW END GOAL. THE INTEGRITY OF YOUR HAIR WILL ALWAYS BE MY NUMBER ONE PRIORITY.
